摘要
选取市场占有率日趋增加的交联聚乙烯(PEX)、改性聚丙烯(MPP)和高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)给水管材作为研究对象,模拟不同的环境条件下,邻苯二甲酸酯类有机物在三类管材中的迁移规律。研究结果表明,在与日常用水条件相接近的水质条件下,PEX管材中邻苯二甲酸酯类有机物迁移量最高,可能与PEX管材在交联过程中为了增加其可塑性增加了邻苯二甲酸酯类有机物用量有关;不同的pH值和浸泡温度均对邻苯二甲酸酯类有机物迁移量有影响,日常使用过程要关注使用温度和pH值。
Crosslinked polyethylene(PEX),modified polypropylene(PP-R)and high-density polyethylene(HDPE)water supply pipes with increasing market share were selected as the research objects to simulate the migration of phthalate esters in the three kinds of pipes under different environmental conditions.The results show that under the condition of water quality similar to that of daily water,the migration of phthalate esters in PEX pipe is the highest,which may be related to the increase of the amount of phthalate organic compounds in PEX pipe in order to increase its plasticity during the crosslinking process;different pH value and soaking temperature have influence on the migration of phthalate organic compounds,and attention should be paid to temperature and pH value in daily use.
