摘要
海水淡化系统工艺流程复杂,对操作、控制和管理的要求非常高。目前电厂大多采用PLC或DCS自动化控制方案。虽然该方案已比较成熟,但是其现场设备层的信息采集仅局限于单一过程测点,系统运行过程中,许多有效的设备管理和维修信息无法被采集到控制单元。而且,为了实现对整套系统的有效监控,往往需要配置大量的电气控制软硬件资源。为了解决上述问题,利用总线技术优化海水淡化系统的控制,提升其数字化水平就成为了一个重要的研究方向。
Desalination system has high requisition for operation,control and management due to its complex process.Although PLC and DCS control have a wide application in the power plants,there are still some problems in the control scheme.For example,signals of equipment in the site are usually sent to the control center via the point to point cable connection,and as a result,some useful information which is important for operation and maintenance cannot be collected.In addition,the above design requires a lot of equipment and installation materials for control.In order to resolve the problems,the application of digital control with fieldbus technology in desalination system will be an important research direction.
