摘要
带压开孔封堵是一种在用设备管道维修技术,具有安全、环保、经济等特点。随着开孔封堵技术的不断改进和发展,其在化工行业的应用日趋广泛。通过开孔封堵,可以在化工系统不停运的基础上,完成各种缺陷管道维修、甩头阀门安装等作业,保证了化工装置的稳定运行,为维修和改造节约了成本。文章结合醋酸甲酯管线通过带压开孔封堵消除隐患的案例,从管件焊接、开孔封堵流程等方面进行了阐述,以期为类似工况管道维修提供借鉴。
Pressure opening and blocking technology is a kind of pipeline maintenance technology for equipment in use,which has the characteristics of safety,environmental protection and economy.With the continuous improvement and development of the technology,its application in the chemical industry is becoming more and more extensive.Through the pressure opening and blocking,on the basis of the non-stop operation of the chemical system,various defective pipeline repairs,bypass valve installation and other operations can be completed to ensure the stable operation of the chemical plant and save costs for maintenance and renovation.In this paper,combined with the case of methyl acetate pipelines to eliminate hidden dangers through Pressure opening and blocking,this article elaborated from the aspects of pipe fitting welding and construction process,in order to provide reference for pipeline repair in similar working conditions.
