油田企业现场存在的主要问题及对策

Discussion on the Main Problems and Countermeasures in the Field of Oilfield Enterprises

石油及天然气开发是一个高危行业,日常生产过程中不仅牵扯硫化氢、可燃气体等有毒有害气体,同时各类作业施工较多,稍有不慎就会产生严重的后果,轻则造成设备设施损坏,重则造成人员伤亡。文章通过对油气生产现场安全管理存在问题进行分析,根据突出问题提出相应的管理措施,以此来提升现场安全管理水平,保证油气生产的正常进行。

Oil and gas development is a high-risk industry,in the daily production process,it not only produces toxic and harmful gases such as H2S and combustible gas,butalso involves various construction roles.It is easy to produce serious consequences,which may cause damage to equipment and facilities or casualties.This paper analyzes the problems in on-site safety management of oil and gas production,and proposes corresponding management measures based on prominent problems to improve the on-site safety management level and ensure the normal progress of oil and gas production.
