摘要
丙烯酸丁酯生产的废气中主要含有丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、正丁醇等非甲烷总烃等,排放至大气中会通过呼吸或直接作用人体,对人们的皮肤、血液、心肺、肝脏、神经、眼睛产生危害。生产废气收集后进入两级喷淋吸收塔,经喷淋碱液洗涤中和废气中的酸性组份。经碱液多次洗涤后的废气进入活性炭棉吸附器,该两组吸附器用于吸附废气中的重组份。重组份在低速过程中聚集在活性炭棉中的活性炭纤维表面发生聚集凝聚被截留一部分。吸附后的废气再进入活性炭填料双氧水喷淋塔。在双氧水溶液中安装有防水紫外光源进一步催化双氧水的氧化活性产生高电位羟基自由基。利用自由基的强氧化性氧化废气中的剩余有机物。丙烯酸丁酯生产废气经过有机废气净化装置后,达标排放。
The waste gas of butyl acrylate production contains mainly the non-methane total hydrocarbon such as acrylic acid,butyl acrylate and n-butanol.It will be harmful to people’s skin,blood,heart,lung,liver,nerves and eyes when it is discharged into the air.It will be harmful to people’s skin,blood,heart,lung,liver,nerves and eyes.After the waste gas is collected,it will enter the two-stage spray absorber.Washing and neutralizing the acidic components in the waste gas by spraying lye.The waste gas washed by alkali liquor repeatedly enters the activated carbon cotton absorber.The two groups of absorbers were used to adsorb the recombined fraction in the exhaust gas.The agglomeration of the recombined parts gathered on the activated carbon fibers at low speed was condensed.Some of the waste gases were reabsorbed into the hydrogen peroxide spray tower of activated carbon packing.Hydrogen peroxide solution was installed with a waterproof ultraviolet light source to further catalyze the oxidation activity of hydrogen peroxide to produce high potential hydroxyl radicals.The residual organic matter in oxidizing waste gas of the free radical.The waste gas of butyl acrylate production is discharged after reaching the standard after being purified by organic waste gas.
