摘要
在大尺寸工业测量中,对同心异径圆的周长测量,提出了一种基于全站仪自由设站的极坐标测量法,测量圆周上的特征点,用最小二乘法计算圆心,讨论了特征点密度、极径补偿,根据分段弧长计算圆周总长,钢板热膨胀系数对圆周长影响以及仪器精度等问题。通过工程实例,表明该方法具有测量计算简便、可操作性强、易于程序实现和精度高等特点。
In the aspect of large scale industrial measure,a new method based on the liberal station method with total station and polar coordinates to measure the typical points located on the circle is proposed to measure the circumference of the concentric circle with various diameters.The least square method is used to calculate the center of circle.Some issues including the typical points’density,compensating the polar radius,calculating the circumference by the sum of sub arcs’length are discussed.And consider the influence of the linear thermal expansion coefficient of steel to circumference,and the accuracy requirement of instrument are also considered.Through an engineering example,it shows that this method has advantages of simple measuring,easily calculating,strong operability,high precision,and it is easy to program.
