摘要
从目前城市轨道交通轨道工程建设现状的不足出发,结合板式无砟轨道的应用现状以及城市轨道交通工程特点,说明装配式减振轨道自动铺装需要解决的问题与需求。阐述装配式减振轨道自动铺装的测量控制方法,给出测量控制所需的坐标转换算法,说明自动铺装测量控制系统的构成及工作原理,并指出控制系统的应用将改变人工现浇轨道结构的现状,能大大提高轨道工程安装精度和安装效率,提高减振质量,减少人工,缩短工期,具有推广价值。
Considering the deficiencies in urban rail transit track construction,combined with the application status of slab ballastless track and the characteristics of urban rail transit engineering,the problems that must be solved in the automatic paving of an assembled vibration-damping track is illustrated.The measurement and control method for the automatic paving of the assembled vibration-damping track is examined,a coordinate conversion algorithm needed for measurement control is given,and the composition and working principle of the automatic pavement measurement control system is explained.The article also points out that application of the system will change the status quo of the manual cast-in-place track structure,which can greatly improve the installation accuracy and installation efficiency of the track engineering,improve the vibration damping quality,reduce labor requirements,shorten the construction period,and create important promotion value.
