基于校企订单合作的城市轨道交通运营管理专业实践教学体系研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Practice Teaching System of Urban Rail Transit Operation and Management Specialty Based on School-Enterprise Order Cooperation

实践教学是职业教育的基本特征,校企合作是实践教学的前提。基于城市轨道交通运营管理专业校企订单合作为背景,分析专业实践教学政策导向和行业背景;提出实践教学存在的问题与不足;从实践教学体系角度出发,调研分析职业能力,提出校企协同的"四对接"校内教学体系,企业资源共享的实践教学形式,及注重标准对接的调整模式。

Practical teaching is the basic feature of vocational education,and school-enterprise cooperation is the prerequisite for practical teaching.Based on the background of order cooperation between schools and enterprises in urban rail transit operation and management,this paper analyzes the policy guidance and industry background of professional practice teaching and puts forward the problems and deficiencies of practical teaching.Besides,this paper investigates and analyzes professional capabilities from the perspective of practical teaching system and proposes the cooperation between schools and enterprises by adopting“four docking”teaching system in the school,the practice teaching form of enterprise resource sharing,and the adjustment mode focusing on standard docking.
