核心素养视角下对分课堂教学模式的前景展望 被引量:1

摘要 "教育要培养什么样的人?"是教育的根本问题,而人才培养的基本途径在于教学。传统课堂教育仍有许多不足之处,如所培养的学生社会适应力不强,创新能力弱等,有着低效教学之称的尬境。"对分课堂"是基于我国教学环境的现实诉求而产生的,是一种创新的且简明易用的教学模式。该教学模式的优势在于有利于转变学生从被动学习向主动学习,提升学生的自主学习力、合作交流能力以及应用实践能力。基于我国培养21世纪学生核心素养的视角,放眼未来人才的需求导向,审视传统教学模式的不足之处,解析对分课堂教学模式在自主学习、深度思考、高效课堂和人才培养等方面的突破与创新,并指导未来教学变革。 "What kind of people should we cultivated?"is the fundamental problem of education,and the basic way of cultivating talents lies in teaching.There are still many deficiencies in the talents instructed and cultivated,such as the lack of social adaptability of students and the poor ability to innovate,especially for these who were instructed under the traditional teaching model.The traditional teaching model has been known as inefficiency.The PAD teaching model was given birth on the demands of China’s realistic teaching environment.It is an innovative,relatively efficient,concise and easy-to-use teaching model.This model is conducive to transforming students from passive learning to active learning,and also enhances students’ability on independent learning,cooperative communication and application.Based on the perspective of cultivating core literacy of the students in the 21st century in China and future orientation of talents,to inspect the inadequacies of traditional teaching models,and analyze the breakthroughs and innovations of the PAD model in the aspects of talents cultivation,independent learning,deep thinking and effective teaching,and could play a role in future teaching reform.
