现代治理体系视域下高职院校构建管理育人路径研究

Research on the Construction Path of Management Education in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Modern Governance System

在推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化视域下,高职院校自身要完善治理体系和加快治理能力现代化,责无旁贷,而当前全面推动管理育人工作就是其中的一项紧迫而现实的任务。在简要阐述了现代治理体系与管理育人的内涵的基础上,分析了新形势下高职院校管理育人存在的主要问题,并提出了健全管理制度中的管理育人条款规定、管理岗位职能上赋予管理育人的元素、提高管理人员对管理育人的重视程度等策略,以期对推动高职院校构建管理育人路径有所裨益。

From the perspective of advancing the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,it is the duty of higher vocational colleges to improve the governance system and speed up the modernization of governance capacity.At present,it is an urgent and realistic task to comprehensively promote management education.On the basis of briefly expounding the connotation of modern management system and management education,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the management education of higher vocational colleges under the new situation,and puts forward the strategies of improving the provisions of management education clauses in the management system,endowing the elements of management education with the functions of management posts,and increasing the importance of management education to the managers,etc.It is beneficial to promote the establishment of a management education path for higher vocational colleges.
