摘要
我国现代学徒制工作原则明确指出要坚持校企双主体育人、学校教师和企业师傅双导师教学,在三批的试点工作中,双导师制也发挥了举足轻重的作用,但是大多数情况都是强调学校教师和企业师傅各自的职能,很少有人关注这两个主体之间的协同。本文通过对我国现代学制中双导师协同现状和问题的梳理和分析,提出了现代学徒制中一个中心、一套制度、一个平台的双导师协同机制的构建思路。
The principles of modern apprenticeship in our country show that we should insist on combination education between school and enterprise with the teaching of the dual tutors,and the dual tutors play a very important role in the pilot work of the three times of modern apprenticeship.However,the respective functions of the school teachers and the enterprise masters are usually emphasized with little attention to the coordination between the two subjects.In this paper,the current situation and problems of the dual tutors in the modern academic system of our country are listed and analyzed,and the author puts forward the idea of the construction for coordination mechanism of dual tutors in the modern apprenticeship system with setting a center,a set of system and a platform.
