糖皮质激素联合康柏西普玻璃体内注射治疗视盘血管炎的效果

Efficacy of glucocorticoid combined with intravitreal conbercept injection for the treatment of optic disc vasculitis

目的比较单纯糖皮质激素与糖皮质激素联合康柏西普玻璃体内注射治疗视盘血管炎的临床效果。方法采用病例对照研究。收集钦州市第二人民医院2016年1月至2018年12月发病1周内的视盘血管炎30例(32眼),随机分为两组:对照组,15例(15眼),单纯以糖皮质激素治疗;观察组,15例(17眼),以糖皮质激素联合玻璃体内注射康柏西普治疗。随访观察2个月。结果治疗后2周、1个月及2个月观察组的总有效率分别为76.0%、82.3%和82.4%,明显高于对照组的33.3%、46.7%和46.7%(均P<0.05)。观察组治疗1周出现一时性高眼压者2例,经对症处理眼压恢复正常。结论糖皮质激素联合眼内注射康柏西普治疗视盘血管炎疗效显著且并发症少。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between simple glucocorticoid therapy and glucocorticoid combined with intravitreal conbercept injection for optic disc vasculitis(ODV).Methods This was a case-control study.Total of 32 eyes of 30 cases with ODV,whose onset within a week,from Jan.2016 to Dec.2018 in the Second People’s Hospital of Qinzhou were collected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group,15 eyes of 15 cases,were treated with simple glucocorticoid.The observation group,17 eyes of 15 cases,were treated with glucocorticoid combined with intravitreal conbercept injection.All patients were followed up and observed for 2 months after treatment.Results The total effective rates were 76.0%,82.3%and 82.4%at 2 weeks,1 and 2 months after treatment respectively in the observation group,which in the control group were 33.3%,46.7%and 46.7%respectively.The differences were statistically significant between the two groups(all P<0.05).The transient high intraocular pressure occurred in 2 patients in the observation group at 1 week after intravitreal conbercept injection,and IOP returned to normal after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Glucocorticoid combined with intravitreal conbercept injection for the treatment of optic disc vasculitis has significant efficacy and few complications.
