With the rapid development of Information Technology,Digital Communication is penetrating into all spheres of society.In the background of Mass Media,everyone and every group can be a content producer,consumer,and publisher.This not only needs to protect the copyright and realize the value of the data source,but also needs to establish incentive system for all participants.This survey is to design a credible digital circular platform based on Blockchain,which will achieve a legal,credible,sustainable,and tradable data circulation,and develop a trusted data ecosystem.The study findings may serve to the confirmation,circulation and sharing of digital content in the Mass Media,which will further amplify and enhance the value of digital communication.
