摘要
目的探讨miRNA155、癌胚抗原(CEA)及神经元特异性烯醇酶(NSE)联合检测在早期肺癌患者中的诊断效果。方法选择2015年4月-2018年12月治疗的早期肺癌患者78例,设为观察组;选择同期入院治疗的肺部良性疾病患者79例,设为对照组;选择同期健康体检者45例,设为对照组。3组入院后均在空腹状态下取静脉血5ml,采用酶联免疫吸附试验完成各组CEA、NSE水平测定;采用试剂盒完成各组miRNA155水平测定。统计并调查观察组不同性别、年龄、病理分期、肿瘤大小及分化程度等病理资料,分析不同病理状态下miRNA155、CEA、NSE水平;绘制ROC曲线,分析miRNA155、CEA、NSE水平在早期肺癌患者中的诊断效能。结果对照组与空白对照组miRNA155、NSE水平均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组CEA水平,高于空白对照组(P<0.05);观察组miRNA155、CEA、NSE水平,均高于对照组与空白对照组(P<0.05);观察组非小细胞肺癌中miRNA155、CEA、NSE水平与肿瘤直径、肿瘤分期、分化程度具有统计学意义(P<0.05);miRNA155、CEA、NSE在早期肺癌患者中的诊断敏感性、特异性,均高于单一miRNA155、CEA、NSE(P<0.05)。结论将miRNA155、CEA、NSE联合检测用于早期肺癌患者中能获得较高的诊断效能,能为临床诊疗提供依据和参考,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect of miRNA155,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and neuron specific enolase(NSE)in patients with early stage lung cancer.Methods A total of 78 patients with early stage lung cancer treated from April 2015 to December 2018 were enrolled in the observation group.Seventy-eight patients with benign pulmonary diseases were selected as the control group.45 healthy subjects were selected for the same period.,set as the control group.After the three groups were admitted to the hospital,5 mL of venous blood was taken in the fasting state.The levels of CEA and NSE in each group were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The miRNA155 levels of each group were determined by kit.The pathological data of different gender,age,pathological stage,tumor size and differentiation degree were analyzed and investigated.The levels of miRNA155,CEA and NSE in different pathological conditions were analyzed.ROC curves were drawn and miRNA155,CEA and NSE levels were analyzed in early lung cancer patients.Diagnostic efficacy.Results There was no significant difference in miRNA155 and NSE levels between the control group and the blank control group(P>0.05).The CEA level in the control group was higher than that in the blank control group(P<0.05).The levels of miRNA155,CEA and NSE in the observation group were high.In the control group and the blank control group(P<0.05),the levels of miRNA155,CEA,NSE and tumor diameter,tumor stage and differentiation were significantly different in the observation group(P<0.05);miRNA155,CEA,NSE The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of patients with early lung cancer were higher than those of single miRNAs 155,CEA and NSE(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of miRNA155,CEA and NSE can be used in early lung cancer patients to obtain high diagnostic efficiency,which can provide basis and reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.It is worthy of popularization and application.
