国际预防医学研究热点分析

Analysis on Research Hotspots of International Preventive Medicine

目的了解国际预防医学研究现状与热点领域,为我国预防医学研究与学科发展提供参考。方法计算机检索2015-2019年PubMed数据库收录的预防医学相关文献,提取主题词等信息,运用文献计量学方法、书目信息共现分析系统(BICOMB)、图形聚类工具包(gCLUTO 1.0)进行文献计量分析。结果共检出预防医学论文1435篇,分布在597种期刊中。发文量居前三名的国家分别是美国、英国和德国,中国位列第14名。共出现主题词及副主题词4 696个,出现频次共计16 886次。累计频次≥19次的99个主题词及副主题词作为高频词,出现频次共计7 463次,占总频次的42.20%。共词聚类分析发现高频词聚类为6个类别,研究热点包括关于自杀的心理研究、预防保健比较研究、职业与健康研究、职业医学教育资源研究、预防保健策略研究、心血管疾病的预防研究。结论通过对国际预防医学领域的文献进行计量分析,展示了近年来国际预防医学的研究现状和研究热点,为我国今后科研工作提供了参考信息。

Objective To understand the current status and hotspots of international preventive medicine;To provide references for the research and discipline development of preventive medicine. Methods Literature about preventive medicine published from 2015 to 2019 in PubMed was searched and topic words and other information were extracted. Bibliometric analysis was carried out using bibliometrics methods, bibliographic information co-occurrence analysis system(BICOMB), and graphical clustering toolkit(gCLUTO 1.0). Results Totally 1 435 articles about preventive medicine in 597 journals were retrieved. The top 3 countries were the United States, United Kingdom and Germany, and China ranked the fourteenth. A total of 4 696 keywords and sub-topics appeared, with a total of 16 886 occurrences. The 99 keywords and sub-topics with a cumulative frequency of ≥ 19 times were used as high-frequency words, with a total of 7 463 occurrences, accounting for 42.20% of the total frequency. Co-word clustering analysis found that high-frequency word clustering was divided into 6 categories. Research hotspots included psychological research on suicide, comparative research on preventive health care, research on occupation and health, research on occupational medical education resources, research on preventive health care strategies, and preventive research on cardiovascular diseases. Conclusion Based on the bibliometric analysis of international preventive medicine,this article presents the current research status and hotspots of preventive medicine in recent years, and provides reference information for scientific research in China.
