摘要
文章介绍了智慧图书馆的概念,指出其具有知识共享性、服务高效性及使用便利性的特点。而智慧图书馆的服务特点为精准感知用户需求、推送知识资源,精准分析用户行为偏好、制定服务方案,精准预测用户需求变化、辅助用户分析知识资源。进而从服务理念、基础设备及智能系统角度总结了以用户为中心的智慧图书馆形成的基础条件,最后从智能感知、智能服务、智慧互动角度对智慧图书馆的"智慧层次"进行了探讨。
The article introduced the concept of smart libraries and pointed out the characteristics of knowledge sharing, service efficiency and ease of use. The service features of smart libraries include accurate perception of user needs, pushing knowledge resources, accurate analysis of user behavior preferences, formulation of service plans, accurate prediction of changes in user needs, and assistance of users in analyzing knowledge resources. Then it summarized the basic conditions for the formation of user-centered smart libraries from the perspective of service concepts, basic equipment and smart systems, and finally discussed the "smart level" of smart libraries from the perspective of smart perception, smart services and smart interaction.
