电子商务背景下乡镇快递网点优化研究

Research on the Optimization of Township Express Outlets under the Background of E-commerce

近几年在电子商务背景下,农村快递迅猛增长,乡镇"最后一公里"的物流配送在配送方式、配送成本、基础设施等方面存在诸多问题,制约了快递行业、电商行业的发展,同时也降低了消费者的满意度。文章对传统物流配送进行概述,分析传统物流配送存在的问题,从提高效率、增加收益的角度出发,以末端快递共同配送为基础,智能快递柜现代信息技术为手段,采用众包物流模式,降本增效,提升配送质量,同时用单一选址模型作为基本模型,确定末端网点的最优位置,优化乡镇物流配送体系。

In recent years,in the context of e-commerce,the rapid growth of rural express delivery,there are many problems in the distribution mode,distribution cost,infrastructure and other aspects of township“last kilometer”logistics and distribution,which restrict the development of express delivery industry and e-commerce industry,but also reduce the satisfaction of consumers.This paper summarizes the traditional logistics and distribution,analyzes the problems existing in the traditional logistics and distribution,from the perspective of improving efficiency and increasing revenue,based on the common distribution of terminal express,using the modern information technology of intelligent express cabinet as a means,adopting the crowdsourcing logistics mode,reducing costs and increasing efficiency,improving the quality of distribution,at the same time,using the single location model as the basic model to determine the terminal outlets optimize the location,optimize the township logistics distribution system.
