基于活动视角下的老年人出行偏好及活动偏好与影响因素归类研究

Research on the Classification of Old People's Travel Preferences,Activity Preferences and Influencing Factors from the Perspective of Activities

在我国已经进入老龄化社会快速发展阶段的背景下,如何满足老年人日常户外活动需求是提升老年人生活幸福感的重要保障。然而,在过去研究老年人活动的文献中总是忽视了出行能力对老年人户外出行行为及活动参与的影响。为了验证这一影响,文章基于昆明市老年人活动出行调查数据采用聚类分析的方法,得到不同活动行为下老年人活动行为影响因素归类研究,并构建不同类别下老年人出行偏好的多重对应分析模型,研究结果显示:不同活动下对老年人影响因素差异显著,出行能力对于满足老年人日常户外休闲活动有较强的重要性。

With a rapid increase of the urban elderly population in China,it has become more and more important that meet the needs for daily outdoor activities to improve the well-being of the elderly.However,recent empirical studies on elderly activities always ignore the influence of travel ability on elderly outdoor travel behavior and activity participation.In order to verify this idea,this paper presented a survey and analysis of elderly people activity travel behaviour in Kunming,adopt the method of factor analysis to the elderly activity location accessibility and environment cognition,age,and mobility(individual nature)and individual socioeconomic attributes,such as the elderly activities travel behavior influence factor are extracted dominant factor;the extracted factor score and activity preference were used to classify the activity types of the elderly by cluster analysis.Multiple corresponding analysis models were established for activity types and travel preferences.The results showed that there were significant differences in the variables of the elderly under different activities,and the travel ability was of great importance to meet the needs of the elderly for daily outdoor activities.
