商务区开发交通影响分析方法研究

Study on Traffic Impact Analysis Method of Business-district Development

随着城市建筑物建设数量增加及其规模不断扩大,许多城市交通问题凸显出来,交通拥堵成为常态,而商务小区特有的交通特性对路网造成的巨大冲击远远大于其他娱乐、办公等用地类型。通过借鉴有关交通影响分析方法,描述了新建商务小区周边现状及规划情况,进行了交通需求预测。根据预测结果进行动态交通分析并判断出服务水平有显著变化的交叉口,为其今后交通组织优化提供理论依据。

With the continuous increase in the number and scale of urban building construction,many urban traffic problems have been highlighted,and traffic congestion has become a common occurrence.However,the unique traffic characteristics of business communities have a greater impact on the road network than other types of land for entertainment and office.By referring to the traffic impact analysis method,the paper describes the current situation and planning of the new commercial district,and predicts the traffic demand.Based on the traffic prediction results,the dynamic traffic analysis is carried out and the intersections with significant changes in service level are judged to provide theoretical basis for the optimization of traffic organization in the future.
