摘要
测振仪中使用的数字加速度传感器信号存在自身噪声和环境噪声,采用MATLAB仿真工具对加速度传感器信号进行频谱分析,识别干扰信号。干扰信号影响加速度传感器输出的准确性和稳定性,针对噪声干扰分别采用IIR低通数字滤波器设计和MATLAB工具箱Fdatool进行陷波数字滤波器设计得到滤波器数字模型。在对单个滤波器效果进行仿真验证之后,再对它们实施级联设计,从而获得双重的滤波效果。对经级联滤波处理后的加速度传感器数据进行仿真分析,结果表明所设计的级联滤波器实现了低通滤波和陷波滤波的双重目的,且不会对有用信号造成影响,有效提高了系统的抗干扰能力。
The digital acceleration transducer used in the vibration meter exists self noise and environment noise.MATLAB simulation tool is used to analyze the spectrum of acceleration transducer signal and discriminate intrusion signal.Intrusion signal may influence the accuracy and stability of the output signal of acceleration transducer.Be directed against the noise,this paper uses IIR low pass digital filter and MATLAB toolbox Fdatool notching digital filter to design digital filter dividually.After verifying the result of each single filter,a cascade design is implemented to achieve double filter effect.The result of simulation analysis of data that processed by cascade filter indicates that the design of cascade filter satisfies the requirement of low pass filtering and notching filtering,and has no effect on useful signal,which can effectively improve the capacity of resisting disturbance.
