摘要
以丙烯酸为单体,1–[4–(2–羟乙氧基)–苯基]–2–羟基–2–甲基丙酮为光引发剂,通过紫外光来引发丙烯酸的阳离子聚合,合成水溶性聚丙烯酸。通过考察光照时间和光引发剂添加量对转化率的影响,得到一种较优的配方。结果表明,聚丙烯酸的适宜合成工艺条件是光引发剂的添加量10 mmol/L、光照时间40 min,转化率约90%。
Using acrylic acid as monomer,1-[4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)-phenyl]-2-hydroxyl-2-methyl acetone as photo-initiator,the water-soluble polyacrylic acid was synthesized by using the cationic polymerization of acrylic acid initiated by ultraviolet light.The better formulation was obtained by investigating the influence of the lighting time and the adding amount of photo-initiator on the conversion rate.The results show that the suitable synthesis conditions of polyacrylic acid are the adding amount of photo-initiator of 10 mmol/L,the lighting time of 40 min,the conversion rate is about 90%.
