摘要
鉴于目前国内地铁车辆转向架型号多、转向架上安装的主要零部件和易损易耗件通用性不高、不同项目存在严重的重复开发、用户维护时备品备件不统一等问题,文章提出了从关键变量入手,进行关键零部件的接口和参数统一、易损易耗件统型的思路,以便未来实现地铁车辆转向架统型化、模块化,降低制造和维护成本,提高产品的利用率。
Nowadays,various types of metro vehicle bogies are widely used in China,so that the universality of major components and consumables on bogies is not very high.There are serious repeat development problems in different projects,and the spare parts are not unified during user maintenance.Proceeding from the key variables,this paper tries to put forward an idea about the unification of component interfaces,parameters and consumables,which is helpful to the unification and modularization of metro vehicle bogie.It can reduce the cost of production and maintenance,and improve the availability of product.
