摘要
为了对悬挂式单轨车辆转向架抗侧滚止挡进行静强度分析,文章以EN 13749和UIC 515-4标准为基础,结合悬挂式单轨车辆转向架的实际受力情况,分析悬挂式单轨车辆转向架抗侧滚止挡的加载条件,并设计模拟超常工况的载荷组合。通过ANSYS软件对其进行静强度计算,结果表明:抗侧滚止挡受力最大位置为支撑筋板顶部,其结构满足静强度要求。
In order to analyze the static strength of anti-rolling stop of mounted monorail vehicle bogie,the loading condition of anti-rolling stop of mounted monorail vehicle bogie is analyzed,and the load combination simulating the supernormal working condition is designed according to the relevant standard provisions in EN 13749 and UIC515-4,and the actual force of mounted monorail vehicle bogie.The static strength of anti-rolling stop is calculated by ANSYS software.The results show that the maximum force position of anti-rolling stop is the top of the supporting rib plate,and its structure meets the static strength requirements.
