摘要
文章介绍了一种城际动车组智能风源的结构组成及特点,并搭建了地面试验台,对空压机以及干燥器等重要参数进行异常模拟,验证智能控制单元的预警准确率。经500小时的运行试验,模拟10次故障,结果预警准确率达到100%,显示智能风源达到了设计目标。
This paper presents the structure composition and characteristics of a intelligent air supplying system for intercity EMU.Ground test-bed is built,and the abnormal parameters of compressor and dryer are simulated to verify early warning accuracy of intelligent control unit.By means of 500 hours running test and 10 faults simulation,the early warning accuracy reaches 100%.It shows that the intelligent air supplying system has reached the design purpose.
