摘要
在车辆制动的时候,由于高温、摩擦等因素的影响,制动闸片会产生磨损,而当损耗达到一定程度时,就会给车辆造成安全隐患。针对这个问题,文章采用一种具有滤波发散抑制功能的新型Kalman滤波器来预测制动闸片的剩余寿命。经过实验仿真分析和实例验证,结果表明该方案能精准预测制动闸片剩余寿命。
Because of the influence of high temperature,friction and other factors,there will be some wear to the brake pad when braking.When the wear reaches a certain level,it will cause potential safety hazards to the vehicle.For this problem,a new Kalman filter with divergence suppression function is applied to predict the residual life of brake pads.Through experiment simulation analysis and example verification,the results show that the scheme can accurately predict the residual life of brake pads.
