摘要
[目的]探究施用硝普钠(外源NO供体)下NaCl胁迫对薄荷一年生植株的生理生化指标的影响.[方法]以一年生留兰香薄荷为实验材料,采用营养液栽培法,在100 mmol/L NaCl盐胁迫条件下,用浓度为0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2,0.25 mmol/L的外源NO供体硝普钠(SNP)进行喷施处理.[结果]研究表明:100 mmol/L的NaCl显著抑制了留兰香的生长,随着盐浓度的升高,株高,干重,鲜重逐渐下降,其可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白的含量降低,Pro和MDA的含量增加,POD,CAT,SOD的酶活性增强.而施加硝普钠后,相较盐胁迫而言,植株的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量提高,Pro和MDA的含量显著降低,POD,CAT,SOD活性下降.[结论]NO可有效缓解NaCl胁迫对留兰香薄荷的抑制作用.
〕[Objective]To investigate the effects of sodium nitroprusside on the biochemical and physiological indexes of peppermint under the NaCl stress.[Method]The annual residue of peppermint was used as experimental material.Under the condition of 100 mmol/L NaCl salt stress,the exogenous NO donor sodium nitroprusside(SNP)was applied at a concentration of 0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2,0.25 mmol/L.[Results]The study showed that 100 mmol/L NaCl can significantly inhibited peppermint s growth,as the salt concentration increase,the plant s height,dry weight and fresh weight decrease,the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein decreased,the content of Pro and MDA increased,the enzyme activities of POD,CAT and SOD were enhanced.Compared with condition of salt stress,the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein increased,the content of Pro and MDA decreased significantly,and the activities of POD,CAT and SOD decreased.[Conclusion]Exogenous NO can effectively alleviate the inhibition of spearmint under NaCl stress.
