摘要
山西省太原市2011年被国务院评为"国家历史文化名城",伴随历史文化名城的确立,山西省政府、太原市政府等进行了针对太原府城内的保护规划工作。对拱极门—东三道巷—天主教堂历史片区"、"南华门历史片区"、"钟楼街历史片区"、"文庙—文瀛湖历史片区"这四大历史文化街区从古建保护、功能布局、交通梳理、建筑单体等方面进行详细规划设计。其中以拱极门—东三道巷—天主教堂历史片区为例,在把握太原府城的上位规划和相关城市历史文化街区改造实例研究的基础上,对本片区的现状历史文物单位、交通状况、功能现状进行了调研与评估,寻找问题,提出问题,并对问题的产生进行了更为深入的研究。进而通过深入调研对空间结构进行了重新的梳理和划分;对现存的交通、居住、功能等问题进行了疏解与重塑;对建筑形态进行研究与探索;逐步总结探索出对同类项目具有指导意义的方法论。并在设计过程中对旧城保护、城市更新方面进行相对深入的思考,从对历史原真性的解读—是完全的复建第一历史还是重视第二历史;保护对象的理解—保护的是房子?街巷?人?生活?建筑单体设计的体会—修修补补式的或者仿建亦或协调而符合时代的,这三个方面进行总结。
Shanxi Provincial Government and Taiyuan Municipal Government have carried out protection planning for TaiYuan city which has been awarded as famous historical and culture city in 2011.There are four major historical conversation area in Taiyuan which are called ‘GongJi Men-DongSanDao Lane-Catholic church historical area’,‘NanHua Men historical area’,‘ZhongLou street historical area’and‘WenMiao-WenYing Lake historical area’.The planning program of ancient construction protection,function distribution,traffic arrangement and single building treatment has been considered and designed in detail.The‘GongJi Men-DongSanDao Lane-Catholic church historical area’was taken as an example,we investigated and estimated the historical relics,traffic,function of this area,found the problem of this area and tried our best to study the source and solutions on the basis of government planning politics and the cases on transformation of historical and culture cities.After the intensive and comprehensive investigation,the spatial construction,traffic problem,citizen living,city function and building forms have been studied and improvement while the guiding methodology for similar projects has been summarized as well.Finally,we also think about that the significance of historical cities protection and urban regeneration,such as the veracity of history,the understanding of protected building and the design of building forms.
