摘要
协作式规划是城市更新的重要理论依据,能够为涉及到多方利益的存量用地更新提供统筹和平衡,作为《上海城市更新实施办法》和《城市更新规划土地实施细则》实施以来为数不多开展成片更新规划的地区,笔者以上海市北京东路地区城市更新研究为例,探讨协作式规划视角下的里弄类风貌街坊的更新路径和模式,提出协作式规划在城市更新中具有很好的理论和实践价值。
Collaborative planning is an important theoretical basis for urban renewal,which can provide overall planning and balance for the renewal of stock land involving multiple interests.As one of the few areas to carry out the new planning since Measures for the implementation of urban renewal in Shanghai and Detailed rules for the implementation of urban renewal planning,the author takes the study of urban renewal in the East Beijing Road area of Shanghai as an example to explore collaborative planning From the perspective of production planning,it is of great theoretical and practical value to refine the renewal path and mode of the neighborhood with the style of Lilong.
