辽宁本溪县下堡山城及采石遗址调查报告

Investigation Report on Xiapu Mountain City Site and A Quarry Remains in Benxi County,Liaoning Province

下堡山城位于本溪县小市镇下堡村东北约200米的山岗上,依山势而建,呈簸箕形,西部为谷口,周长649米。2018年5月,辽宁省文物考古研究所、本溪博物馆、本溪县文物管理所联合组队对下堡山城进行了考古调查工作,基本明确了山城的结构、布局,并在山城北发现了城外采石场。

The site of Xiapu Mountain City lies on a hill about 200 m northeast of Xiapu Village,Xiaoshi Township,Benxi County,with a shape of"U"and a perimeter of 649 m.An collaborative investigation was undertaken by Liaoning Provincial Institute of Cultural Heritage and Archaeological Research,Museum of Benxi County,and Cultural Heritage Administration of Benxi County in May,2018.The structure and layout of the site was basically identified,and a quarry remains was found north of the site in this archaeological investigation as well.
