战场单兵手持式多功能微型电动负压吸引装置的研制

摘要 目的为方便平、战时伤病员急救,在原有手动负压吸引装置上进行改进研制多功能微型电动负压吸引装置。方法中国人民解放军总医院第三医学中心研制设计了一款多功能微型电动负压吸引装置,包括锂电池组负压吸引装置、充电口,负压吸引瓶塞,双头吸引转换器,负压夹。该装置由锂电池组、电机、风扇和进气防护栅栏组成,首先进行预实验,通过研究改变风扇扇片的弯度来测试吸力,本装置电机调节设置固定负压100 mmHg和200 mmHg两个档,是通过改变风扇扇片的弯度来实现,末端设计双头负压吸引转换器,实现负压吸引的多方面需求。采用预实验分别抽吸5.10、20mL水,各10次,以抽吸时间平均值/吸力引起保鲜膜偏离桌面的最高高度平均值作为观察指标,观察值越小,设备性能越好。结果以抽吸时间平均值/吸力引起保鲜膜偏离桌面的最高高度平均值为指标,微型电动负压吸引装置优于现有手动式负压吸引装置。结论该多功能微型电动负压吸引装置能满足多种急、重、危症伤病员通气抢救所需,是一种较为实用负压吸引装置。 objective in order to facilitate the first aid of the wounded and sick in the war,a multi-functional microelectric negative pressure suction device was developed and improved on the original manual negative pressure suction device.Methods the third medical center of the general hospital of the people's liberation army of China developed and designed a multi-functional micro-electrie negative pressure suc tion device,ineluding lithium battery negative pressure suction device,charging port,negative pressure suction bottle stopper,double-head suction converter and negative pressure clamp.The device lithium battery negative pressure suction device consists of a lithium battery,motor,fan and the air intake of protective fence,first preliminary experiments,we have studied the camber change fan fan to test the suction,the gear motor to adjust setting fixed negative pressure 100 MMG and 200 MMHG two gears,is done by with camber of the fan fan,terminal design double pressure suction converter,realization of negative pressure to attract various demand.The preexperiment was used to pump 5mL,10mL and 20mL of water for 10 times each.The average value of the suction time/suction force caused the plastic wrap to deviate from the average value of the maximum height of the table was taken as the observation index.The smaller the observation value,the better the performance of the equipment.Results according to the average value of suction time/suction force that causes the plastic wrap to deviate from the highest mean value of the desktop.the micro electrie negative pressure suction device is better than the existing manual negative pressure suetion device.Conclusion the multi-function micro-electric negative pressure suction device can meet the needs of ventilation rescue for a variety of acute,severe and critical patients,and is a practical negative pressure suction device.
