蛤蚧不同炮制品的抗疲劳作用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究蛤蚧不同炮制品的抗疲劳作用。方法:将雄性昆明种小鼠随机分为空白组、金匮肾气丸组(1.3g·kg^-1)、蛤蚧组(1.2g·kg^-1)、酒蛤蚧组(1.2g·kg^-1)、油酥蛤蚧组(1.2g·kg^-1)、蛤粉制蛤蚧组(1.2g·kg^-1),灌胃给药21d后,分别检测负重游泳力竭时间、小鼠游泳后血清乳酸(LD)和尿素氮(BUN)含量、肝糖原水平的变化。结果:与空白组比较,蛤蚧不同炮制品对小鼠负重游泳时间无明显影响(P>0.05),能明显降低小鼠游泳后血清乳酸含量(P<0.01),对血清尿素氮含量无明显影响(P>0.05),能明显升高肝糖原含量(P<0.05)。与蛤蚧组比较,除油酥蛤蚧组的乳酸含量明显升高(P<0.05)、酒蛤蚧组的血清尿氮含量明显升高(P<0.05)外,各炮制品组的负重游泳力竭时间、肝糖原含量无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:蛤蚧不同炮制品在一定程度上具有缓解疲劳的作用。酒蛤蚧、油酥蛤蚧、蛤粉制蛤蚧的抗疲劳作用与蛤蚧有一定区别,但作用差异不大。 Objective:To study the anti-fatigue effect of different Gekko gecko Linnaeus processed products on mice.Methods:Male KM mice were randomly divided into 6 groups:balank group,Jinkui Shenqi pills group(1.3 g·kg^-1),gecko raw product group(1.2 g·kg^-1),wine product group(1.2 g·kg^-1),pastry product group(1.2 g·kg^-1),clam powder product group(1.2 g·kg^-1).After be treated orally for 21 days,the mice were tested for weight-bearing swimming time.The content of hepatic glycogen,blood biochemical parameters such as serum lactic acid(LD)and erum urea nitrogen(BUN)content were observed.Results:Compared with the blank group,the weight-bearing swimming time of the four Gekko gecko products could not significantly prolonged.The content of LD was significantly decreased(P<0.01)and the content of hepatic glycogen was significantly increased(P<0.05)than those of the blank group.There was no significant difference in weight-bearing swimming time(P>0.05)and the content of BUN(P>0.05)compared with those in the blank group.Compare with the gecko raw product group,there was no significant difference in weightbearing swimming time(P>0.05)and the content of hepatic glycogen(P>0.05)between the processed groups except for the obvious increase in the content of LD in the pastry product group(P<0.05)and the obvious increase in the content of BUN in the wine product group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Different processed products of geckoshowed anti-fatigue activity to some extent.There was some deference on the anti-fatigue effect between gecko processed products,but the difference was not significant.
