摘要
委中为足太阳膀胱经合穴、下合穴,临床应用广泛。关于其定位,《中华人民共和国国家标准·腧穴名称与定位》(GB/T 12346-2006)描述为"在膝后区,腘横纹中点"。李志道教授临床使用毫针针刺委中以刺中胫神经为度,经进一步实际测量发现,其定位当为"在腘横纹上股二头肌腱内缘与半腱肌腱外缘连线的中点外约0.5cm处",同时发现委中穴针刺深度宜浅,约0.6~1.0寸较为安全。
Weizhong(BL40)is the He-sea point and lower confluent point of the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang.It is widely used in clinical practice.Regarding its positioning,National Standard of the People’s Republic of China:Nomenclature and location of acupuncture points described it"in the back of the knee,the midpoint of the popliteal transverse line".Through clinical observation,the acupuncture should be stabbed in the sacral nerve.Further actual measurements revealed that the location was about 0.5 cm outside the midpoint of the line connecting the inner edge of the biceps tendon and the outer edge of the semitendinosus tendon.At the same time,we found that the acupuncture depth of Weizhong(BL40)was shallow,about 0.6 to 1.0 cun.
