易筋经结合穴位埋线治疗肥胖临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Yi Jin Jing Combined with acupoint catgut Embedding in the Treatment of Obesity

目的:观察易筋经结合穴位埋线治疗肥胖的临床疗效。方法:将肥胖患者90例随机分为训练组、治疗组和联合组3组,训练组采用易筋经训练,治疗组采用单纯穴位埋线治疗,联合组在训练组的基础上联合穴位埋线治疗。3组均治疗3个月,治疗前后以体脂率、生化指标、减肥疗效等指标进行测定。结果:训练组脱落1例。联合组体质量、体质量指数(BMI)、平均腰围、平均臀围、体脂率、脐周下脂肪厚度和血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CHOL),以及满意度和总体减肥疗效均优于单纯训练组和治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:易筋经结合穴位埋线治疗优于单纯易筋经训练和单纯穴位埋线治疗,具有一定临床推广价值。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yi Jin Jing combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of obesity.Methods:90 patients with obesity were randomly divided into Yi Jin Jing training group,Acupoint catgut embedding therapy group and Yi Jin Jing training combined with acupoint catgut embedding group.Yi Jin Jing training group was treated with additional exercises of Yi Jin Jing alone,Acupoint catgut embedding therapy group was treated with catgut embedding at acupoints alone.while the Yi Jin Jing training combined with acupoint catgut embedding group was treated with additional exercises of Yi Jin Jing on the basis of the acupoint catgut embedding therapy group.All groups were intervened for two months.Before and after the intervention,the body fat rate,biochemical index and weight loss efficacy were used to evaluate.Results:Yi Jin Jing training group withdrew in 1 cases.The body weight,body mass index(BMI),average waist circumference,average hip circumference,body fat percentage,Fat thickness around the umbilicus and serum triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(CHOL),as well as satisfaction and overall weight loss efficacy evaluation in the Yi Jin Jing training combined with acupoint catgut embedding group was significantly better than that Yi Jin Jing training group(P<0.05)and Acupoint catgut embedding therapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yi Jin Jing training combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy is superior to Yi Jin Jing training along or acupoint catgut embedding therapy along.and has certain clinical popularization value.
