中医干预缺血性脑卒中观察研究

Observational Study of TCM Appropriate Technology for Ischemic Stroke Patients

目的:观察中医适宜技术综合方案对缺血性脑卒中人群的疗效以及安全性。方法:在上海8个社区卫生服务中心招募发病1个月至2年的缺血性脑卒中患者共222例,在西医二级预防的基础上,予以6个月中医适宜技术综合方案干预。记录干预前后患者的一般资料、危险因素、中医体质、MRS和MMSE量表评分及生化指标。结果:干预后患者的MMSE得分较干预前提高(P<0.05),整体人群中血K^+位于标准范围内的人数比例增高(P<0.001),HCY的正常率增高(P<0.001)。干预人群的脑卒中复发率较文献报道低。结论:综合干预对血K^+的升高、HCY的降低,以及认知功能都有改善作用,且卒中的复发率低于文献报道,安全性良好。

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of the comprehensive scheme of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on different ischemic stroke groups.Methods:The subjects were the ischemic stroke patients being sick for 1 month to 2 years from 8 community health service centers in Shanghai,A total of 222 patients were conformed to the standard of admission.On the basis of the original western medicine foundation prevention,the selected cases were intervened by the comprehensive scheme of suitable technology of traditional Chinese medicine for 6 months.Through the Chinese medicine tongue image,Chinese medicine constitution,daily life dependence(MRS),disability content,cognitive function(MMSE),biochemical index and auxiliary examination,recurrence rate and mortality rate,the suitable technology of traditional Chinese medicine was observed for patients with ischemic stroke in different population.Results:Before and after intervention,the MMSE score of the general population was higher than that before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with pre-intervention,the blood K^+and HCY indexes were statistically different(P<0.001),and the K^+was lower than the normal rate and the normal rate,and the abnormal rate of HCY decreased at 6 months.The recurrence rate of Ischemic Stroke is lower than that of the literature.Conclusion:The abnormal rate of K^+and HCY in the whole population were improved.It can improve the cognitive function of the whole population.The recurrence rate of Ischemic Stroke is lower than that of the literature.The safety of project was good and there was no obvious adverse reaction.
