针刺太冲穴治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛疗效观察

The Clinical Research of Treating Liver-yang-hyperactivity Migraine by Acupuncture at Taichong Acupoint

目的:观察针刺太冲穴对肝阳上亢型偏头痛的疗效。方法:共纳入60名肝阳上亢型偏头痛患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组进行双侧太冲穴针刺治疗,治疗时间30min/次,1次/天,5次/周,共治疗4周。对照组常规口服西药西比灵,5mg/次,每晚1次,5天/周,持续治疗4周。所有患者均于治疗前后进行结局指标的评定。结果:①两组患者治疗前一般资料无显著差异(P>0.05);②治疗结束后,治疗组和对照组患者偏头痛总积分、临床总疗效、MSQ评分与治疗前相比均有显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);③治疗结束后,与对照组相比,治疗组临床总疗效、MSQ评分较对照组改善更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺双侧太冲穴能明显改善偏头痛症状,显著提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture at Taichong acupoint on liver-yang-hyperactivity migraine patients.Methods:A total of 60 liver-yang-hyperactivity migraine patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,including 30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.Subjects randomized to treatment group were receiving acupuncture at bilateral Taichong acupoint.The treatment time was 30 min/time,1 time/day,5 times/week for 4 weeks.The control group were treated with oral administration of flunarizine 5 mg/time,once per night,5 days/week for 4 weeks.Outcome measures were given before and after treatment.Results:There were no significant differences between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups patients with migraine points,clinical effect of migraine and MSQ scores were significantly better,and the results of the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Compared with the control group,patients of the treatment group were significantly improved in clinical effect of migraine and MSQ scores after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture on both sides of Taichong acupoint can obviously improve the symptoms of migraine and significantly improve the quality of life of migraine patients.
