基于古籍胸痹病机的知识图谱研究

Study on the Knowledge Map of Pathogenesis of Chest Paralysis Based on Ancient Books of Chinese Medicine

目的:基于中医辨证论治理论架构,从中医古籍文本中提取胸痹证治知识元、语义、关系等,构建本体化的胸痹证治知识库,分析胸痹的证治规律,并以图片的形式展示胸痹辨证论治知识图谱,为直观理解胸痹心痛辨证论治的基本理论和指导胸痹的临床治疗提供借鉴。方法:选择胸痹研究中引用较多的20部中医古籍为研究对象,对文献进行知识元标记、入库以及语义提取和关联分析,构建胸痹中医辨证论治知识图谱。结果:从古籍中摘录胸痹相关文本364条,其中有关胸痹的证治知识内容186条,方剂知识内容164条,其他14条;病因频数统计分析结果显示胸痹常见的病因有饮食不当、寒邪、风邪、劳倦体虚、热邪、气滞痰凝、情志失调、瘀血内阻、气虚以及虫毒感染;病机关联分析显示寒气乘心、肾阳虚、水饮停心、瘀血痹阻心胸等联系密切。结论:研究构建的胸痹中医辨证论治知识图谱直观反映了胸痹的辨证与治疗的各种关系,有利于理解中医古籍对胸痹的证治知识。知识图谱作为一种直观、多维的知识展示方式,适用于中医古籍知识的整理,该研究方法对中医古籍的整理具有方法学的借鉴意义。

Objective:Based on the theoretical framework of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,extract knowledge elements,semantics,relationships,etc.of chest paralysis syndromes from ancient Chinese medicine texts,construct an ontology chest paralysis syndrome knowledge base,analyze the syndromes of chest paralysis,and display chest in the form of graph The knowledge map of arthralgia syndrome diagnosis and treatment provides some references for intuitive understanding of the basic theory of syndrome diagnosis and treatment of chest pain and heart pain and guidance of clinical treatment of chest arthritis.Methods:Twenty ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)were selected as the research objects in the study of chest arrhythmia,and the knowledge element markers,storage,semantic extraction and correlation analysis were carried out to construct the knowledge map of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of chest arrhythmia.Results:364 articles about chest paralysis were extracted from ancient books,including 186 articles about syndrome and treatment of chest paralysis,164 articles about prescription and 14 others.The results of the statistical analysis of etiology frequency showed that the common etiology of chest arrhythmia were improper diet,cold evil,wind evil,fatigue deficiency,heat evil,qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation,emotional disorder,blood stasis,qi deficiency and insect poison infection.The correlation analysis of pathogenesis showed that there were close relations between cold qi and heart,kidney Yang deficiency,water and blood stasis and stagnation of the heart.Conclusion:The knowledge map of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of chest numbness constructed in this study directly reflects the relationship between syndrome differentiation and treatment of chest numbness,which is conducive to understanding the knowledge of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of chest numbness in ancient books.As an intuitive and multidimensional way of knowledge display,knowledge map is suitable for the sorting out of ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine.This research method has reference significance for the sorting out of ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine.
