金融扶贫政策设计及效果评估——以河北省为例

Financial Poverty Alleviation Policy Design and Effect Evaluation--Taking Hebei Province as an Example

金融扶贫是我国扶贫开发工作的重要组成部分。本文在梳理河北省2012-2019年金融扶贫政策的基础上,首次提出运用词频作为金融扶贫政策的度量指标,并且以河北省45个贫困县作为研究样本,运用2012-2017年的面板数据进行实证分析。实证结果验证了河北省金融扶贫政策的有效性,并提出相关建议。

Financial poverty alleviation is an important part of poverty alleviation and development in China.On the basis of combing the financial Poverty Alleviation Policies of Hebei Province in 2012-2019,this paper puts forward word frequency as the measurement index of financial Poverty Alleviation Policies for the first time,and takes 45 poverty-stricken counties in Hebei Province as samples,using the panel data of 2012-2017 for empirical analysis.The empirical results verify the effectiveness of the financial poverty alleviation policy in Hebei Province.
