基层央行会议信息管理系统提升疫情期间电视会议保障质效

摘要 新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生以来,人民银行各级分支机构第一时间通过电视会议系统传达贯彻党中央疫情防控决策部署,支持复工复产,落实工作任务。电视会议召开次数呈显著上升态势,运维保障工作面临新挑战。依托人工、纸质、电话等方式管理会议信息,表现出来的会议管理信息繁杂、会议统筹安排费力、会议档案查询低效等弊端日益突显。人民银行长春中心支行积极探索,运用信息化手段转变会议管理方式,通过部署会议信息管理系统(CIMS),切实提高疫情期间电视会议管理的规范化、精细化、高效化水平。 Since the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia,Branches of the People's Bank of China at all levels communicated and implemented the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee on epidemic prevention and control through the videoconferencing system at the first time.Support the resumption of production.Implement the task.The number of Videoconferences has increased significantly,and the operation and maintenance support work is facing new challenges.Relying on manual,paper,telephone and other ways to manage conference information,the shortcomings of complex conference management information,laborious conference overall arrangement,inefficient conference archives inquiry are becoming increasingly prominent.The Changchun Central Branch of the People's Bank of China has actively explored the use of information technology to change the way of conference management,and through the deployment of Conference Information Management System(CIMS),effectively improved the standardization,refinement and efficiency level of Videoconference management during the epidemic period.
