小脑半球脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者间歇经口至食管管饲法的护理探讨

On Nursing Method of Intermittent Oro-esophageal Tube Feeding for Dysphagia after Cerebral Infarction of Cerebellar Hemisphere Case

吞咽障碍是小脑半球脑梗死后常见的并发症,间歇经口至食管管饲法即管饲营养法,是处理吞咽障碍的有效护理方法。通过对3例小脑半球脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者间歇经口至食管管饲法护理全过程分析得出,小脑半球脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者间歇经口至食管管饲法的护理,对预防长期留置管道的各种并发症,维护患者的形象,增强战胜疾病的信心,使患者最终回归家庭具有积极意义。

Dysphagia is a common complication after cerebral infarction of cerebellar hemisphere.Intermittent?oro-esophageal?tube feeding(IOE)is the nursing method to deal with dysphagia.Through summarizing the whole process of nursing three patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction of cerebellar hemisphere by IOE,the key points of successful nursing were analyzed,and the suggestion that long-term follow-up after discharge should be paid more attention to for patients with dysphagia was put forward.The conclusion of case nursing is of positive significance to prevent various complications of long-term indwelling pipeline,to maintain the image of patients,to enhance the confidence of overcoming diseases,and to make patients finally return to their families.
