立德树人是教育的根本任务,教师是立德树人根本任务实现的关键,在中小学教师培训中应当加强师德教育。当前中小学教师培训中师德教育还存在师德教育体系不完善、师德教育内容针对性不强、师德教育方式有待改进、教师自身对师德教育的重视度不够等问题,需要在发挥党组织的领导作用、健全师德培训体系、完善师德教育内容、创新师德教育方式方法、完善考核评价机制等方面,加强中小学教师培训中的师德教育。
