摘要 在人工智能时代,师范教育面临一系列新挑战,"唯学科"弊端凸显、"去学科"诉求强烈、"智能化"倾向清晰,既缺失创造性人才,又呼唤创新性人才,更期待协作性人才。基于此,亟须培育具备三大关键能力的"新师范"人才。通过学科整体优化,进行学科内深度融合、学科间高度关联、"学科+"综合育人,最终培育出主动学习型、一专多能型和合作学习型教师。 In the era of artificial intelligence, a series of new challenges have emerged in teacher education,the idea of"discipline-oriented" has become more and more prominent,the appeal of "removing-discipline" is becoming more and more manifest,and the trend of "intelligentialization" is much clearer.In the new period, creative talent supply is inefficient, and more innovative and collaborative talents are badly needed, it is urgent to cultivate the "new normal university"of talents with three key abilities.Through the overall optimization of the discipline, the deep integration of the discipline, the high correlation between disciplines, and the "discipline+" comprehensive education will be carried out, and finallythe active learning, multi-functional and cooperative learning teachers will be cultivated.
