应用技术类高等教育本质上是高等教育的一个类型,也是职业教育的一个办学层次,依然要遵循教育的基本规律。地方本科院校在转型发展应用技术类高等教育的过程中,在课程体系、师资建设、管理体制和科学研究等方面均存在一定的误区。由此,推进地方本科院校转型发展应用技术类高等教育,就必须重构课程体系的组织形态,重构实践导向的教师培训体系,赋予一线教师在学校管理中的参与权和自主权以及在技术研究中兼顾基础研究。

Applied technology-oriented higher education is essentially a type of higher education, and it is also part of vocational education. It still has to follow the basic laws of education. In the process of transforming the development of applied high-tech higher education, local colleges have certain misunderstandings in the curriculum system, staff construction, management system and scientific research. Therefore, to promote the transformation and development of applied technology-oriented higher education, it is necessary to reconstruct the organization structure of the curriculum system, reconstruct the practice-oriented teacher training system, and give front-line teachers the right to participate in school management.
