一流大学不可或缺一流文化,大学一流文化是其发展的重要基石。基于一流大学话语体系的大学文化体现了国际性、卓越性和本土性内涵特征。在当前大学文化建设存在的唯美国化、一流泛滥化与数据导向化问题表征下,中国大学文化建设需要立足中国文化基础,在建设原则、建设导向以及文化核心竞争力方面进行研究和创新,保障中国大学文化彰显中国特色,促进社会发展。

The university culture based on the first-class university discourse system embodies the connotation characteristics of internationality, excellence and locality. Under the current problems of Americanization, excessive first-class construction and data-oriented problems, the construction of Chinese culture needs to be based on its native culture.
