Dilemma and Solution: College Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Based on Stakeholders

提升高校创新创业教育效率和拓展创新创业教育受益范围都需要进一步加强利益相关者支持系统建设。对高校创新创业教育影响最大的外围组织主要是企业和政府,政府给政策,企业给资源,高校唱主角,三方均衡互补。在现实中,这三个创新创业教育的主要利益相关者利益不协调、步伐不一致是常态,呈现出"政府越位、企业潜水、高校错位"之困境。在权责一致的原则下,利益相关者遵循契约精神、民主决策、协同育人、优化协同模式,最符合高校创新创业教育的组织原则。

To improve the efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship education and expand the scope of its benefit,we need to further strengthen the construction of stakeholder support system.The peripheral organizations that have the greatest impact on the innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities are mainly enterprises and governments.With government’s policies and enterprises’resources,universities play the leading role.The three parties are balanced and complementary.However,in reality,the main stakeholders’interests of the three innovation and entrepreneurship education are not coordinated,and the inconsistent pace is the normal situation,showing the dilemma of"government offside,enterprise diving,University dislocation".Under the principle of consistent rights and responsibilities,stakeholders follow the spirit of contract,democratic decision-making,collaborative education.Optimization of collaborative mode is the most in line with the organizational principles of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.
