An Experimental Research on Preparation of Manganese Sulfate by Adding Acid Leaching of Carbon Manganese Slag

通过碳锰渣浸出硫酸锰试验,分析碳锰渣化学成分,研究初始酸浓度、补酸浓度、矿酸比、温度、时间、碳锰渣碱度及添加剂对浸出率的影响,在综合条件下全锰浸出率在93%以上。

Through the leaching test of manganese sulfate with manganese-rich slag,the chemical composition of manganese-rich slag was analyzed.We have also studied the effects of initial acid concentration,including acid supplement concentration,mineral acid ratio,temperature,time,alkalinity of manganese-rich slag and additives on leaching rate.Under comprehensive conditions,the total manganese leaching rate is over 93%.
