硫酸铝-活性氧化铝脱除硫酸锰溶液中的氟离子 被引量:4

Removal of Residual Fluoride from Manganese Sulfate Solution by Using Aluminum Sulfate and Activated Alumina

摘要 采用硫酸铝絮凝沉淀和活性氧化铝吸附相结合的方法脱除硫酸锰溶液中的氟化物,研究了反应温度、反应时间、硫酸铝用量和pH值等因素对除氟效果的影响。结果表明:使用硫酸铝絮凝沉淀法除氟,在反应温度50℃,反应时间60 min,pH值5.5和Al/F^-摩尔比2.33的条件下,氟脱除率达到97.4%;第2阶段使用活性氧化铝吸附法除氟,在吸附时间为180 min时,氟脱除率达到76.7%;两个阶段总氟脱除率达到99.3%。 The removal process of residual fluoride in manganese sulfate solution was studied by means of the combination of aluminum sulfate flocculation and activated alumina adsorption.Influences of factors on F-removal rate were discussed about,including reaction temperature,reaction time,dosage of aluminum sulfate,pH value,etc.It is found that aluminum sulfate was used to remove fluoride under the condition of including reaction temperature of 50℃,reaction time of 60 min,pH value of 5.5 and n(Al/F^-)of 2.3,the F-removal rate reached 97.4%.After that,activated alumina was used to adsorb residual fluoride.When adsorption time was 180 min,F-removal rate reached 76.7%and F-removal rate of these two stages reached 99.3%.
