司法是维护社会公平正义的最后一道防线,公正是法治的生命,司法公正对维护社会公平正义的重要保障,是维护社会和谐的关键。马克思站在维护社会公义的角度,使用群众史观为保障人民的基本社会权做出了根本性指导。马克思主义的群众史观阐释了人民司法公正感的重要性,人民群众是历史的创造者,人民群众在创造历史的过程中起着决定性作用,所以,只有让人民群众感受到司法公正,人民才能树立法治信仰,全社会才能树立法制权威,才能更好地建设社会主义法治国家。

Justice is the last line of defense to maintain social fairness and justice.Justice is the life of the rule of law.Judicial justice has an important influence on social fairness and justice and is one of the key parts of social harmony.From the standpoint of safeguarding social justice,Marx put forwardthe historical concept of the masses to provide fundamental guidance for safeguarding the basic social rights of the people.The Marxist concept of mass history explains the importance of the people's sense of justice.The masses are the creators of history,and play a decisive role in the process of creating history.Let the people feel the justice of the judiciary,the people can gain the faith in the rule of law,and the whole society can establish the authority of the legislative system and a socialist country ruled by law.
