近十年人工智能在国内护理领域的应用现状

Reasearch on the Progress of Artificial Intelligence in Domestic Nursing Field in Recent Ten Years

目的分析人工智能技术在国内护理领域额的应用现状。方法基于中国科学引文数据库(Chinese science citation database,CSCD)检索人工智能在护理领域相关文献,运用文献计量法对纳入样本的年发文量、作者分布、杂志来源和关键词进行统计分析;利用书目共现分析系统(Bibliographic Item Co-occurrence Matrix Builder,BICOMB)和SPSS 25.0软件绘制高频关键词聚类树状图。结果共纳入134篇文献,其中2018年刊发量最高,约占总篇数的19.40%,分布在44种期刊,《护理学杂志》刊发量为24篇,位列第1;发表三篇以上的作者累计发文量占16.43%;截取高频关键词30个,聚类分析出护理教育、临床护理、护理管理、手术护理和老年护理5个领域中的人工智能技术应用。结论国内人工智能在护理领域应用整体呈上升趋势,社会对人工智能的关注度明显增高,但同时也存在研究程度不深,缺乏相应法制法规等不足。

Objective To evaluate the application status of artificial intelligence in domestic nursing field in recent 10 years.Methods Based on the Chinese science citation database(CSCD),literatures related to artificial intelligence in the field of nursing were searched,and the annual publications,author distribution,journal sources and keywords of the included samples were statistically analyzed by the method of bibliometry.The Bibliographic Item co-occurrence Matrix Builder(BICOMB)and SPSS 25.0 software were used to draw a cluster tree of high-frequency keywords.Results A total of 134 articles were included,of which the most were published in 2018,accounting for 19.40%of the total articles,distributed in 44 journals.The journal of nursing science published 24 articles,ranking the first.Those who published more than three articles accounted for 16.43%.30 high-frequency keywords were selected,and the application of artificial intelligence technology in five fields of nursing education,clinical nursing,nursing management,surgical nursing and geriatric nursing was analyzed through cluster analysis.Conclusion The overall application of artificial intelligence in the field of nursing in China is on the rise,and the society's attention to artificial intelligence is obviously increasing.However,there are also some deficiencies such as the lack of research and the lack of relevant laws and regulations.
