人文关怀护理对癌症患者焦虑抑郁情绪影响的系统评价

The effects of human care nursing on anxiety and depression in cancer patients:A Systematic Review

目的系统评价人文关怀护理对患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、PubMed、Medline、Cochrane Library等中英文数据库。检索文献的研究主题是人文关怀护理对癌症患者焦虑抑郁情绪影响,实验设计类型为随机对照试验(RCT)。检索时间限定为从建库至2019年9月30日。由2名研究者按照文献纳入和排除标准独立筛选文献,提取资料,采用Cochrane系统评价法评价文献质量后,应用RevMan 5.3统计学软件进行Meta分析。结果本研究共纳入11个随机对照试验,共831例癌症患者。所纳入的文献质量等级均为B级。Meta分析结果显示:与常规护理组比较,人文关怀护理能降低癌症患者焦虑自评量表评分(MD=-10.81,95%CI:-12.12^-9.50,P<0.00001)和抑郁自评量表评分(MD=-9.89,95%CI:-10.80^-8.97,P<0.00001)。结论人文关怀护理可以减轻癌症患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,但尚需高质量、多样本的随机对照试验进行验证。

Objective Systematic evaluation of the effect of human care nursing on cancer patients with anxiety and depression.Methods CNKI,CBM,Wanfang Database,VIP,PubMed,Medline and Cochrane Library were searched to obtain the relevant literature.The research theme of the literature search was the effect of humanistic care on anxiety and depression of cancer patients,and the experimental design type was randomized controlled trial(RCT).The search time was limited from the establishment of the library to September 2019.Two researchers independently screened the literature according to the literature inclusion and exclusion criteria,and extracted the data.After systematic Cochrane evaluation,meta-analysis was performed with RevMan5.3 statistical software.Results A total of 11 randomized controlled trials involving 831 cancer patients were included in the study.The quality of the documents included was Grade B.A analysis showed that compared with the conventional nursing group,humanistic care nursing can reduce the score of anxiety self-rating scale(MD=-10.81,95%CI:-12.12^-9.50,P<0.00001)and depression self-rating scale(MD=-9.89,95%CI:-10.80^-8.97,P<0.00001)of cancer patients.Conclusion Humanistic care nursing can relieve cancer patients with anxiety depression.However,high-quality and multi-sample randomized controlled trials are still needed for verification.
