自拟活血化痰降脂汤联合他汀类药物治疗高脂血症

Clinical efficacy of self-designed blood-activating phlegm-Reducing decoction combined with statins in the treatment of hyperlipidemia patients

目的探讨自拟活血化痰降脂汤联合他汀类药物治疗高脂血症的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年6月至2019年2月135例高脂血症患者,按随机数字表法分研究组、参照组,分别68例、67例。参照组常规予以阿托伐他汀治疗,研究组予以自拟活血化痰降脂汤联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组疗效、不良反应、治疗前后中医证候积分、血清甘油三酯(TG)、总固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平。结果研究组总有效率95.59%(65/68)较参照组83.58%(56/67)高(P<0.05);治疗后研究组中医证候积分低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组血清TG、TC、LDL水平低于参照组,血清HDL水平高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率1.47%(1/68)与参照组2.99%(2/67)对比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论自拟活血化痰降脂汤联合他汀类药物疗效显著,能有效改善高脂血症症状,调节血脂水平,不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-designed blood-activating phlegm-Reducing decoction combined with statins in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods 135 hyperlipidemia patients in our hospital from June 2016 to February 2019 were selected and divided into study group and reference group according to the random number table,with 68 and 67 cases respectively.The control group was routinely treated with atorvastatin,while the study group was treated with self-designed blood-activating phlegm-reducing decoction combined with atorvastatin.The efficacy,adverse reactions,and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were observed,and the levels of serum triglyceride(TG),total sterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL)and high density lipoprotein(HDL)were detected and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.59%(65/68)higher than that of the control group(83.58%,56/67,P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum TG,TC and LDL levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and serum HDL levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the study group was 1.47%(1/68)and the control group was 2.99%(2/67),with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The self-designed blood-activating phlegm-Reducing decoction combined with statins has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the symptoms of hyperlipidemia,regulate the level of blood lipid and have fewer adverse reactions.
